I was worried the high-cut leg would ride up during squats but they stayed put through a whole leg day. The high rise hits right at my natural waist, which I love. Definitely measure your waist before ordering though, the sizing chart isn't kidding.
The soft bound edges on these are a game changer, no digging in during squats or lunges at all. I went with my waist measurement like the chart said and the high-rise fit is spot on.
